- Step 1
Onsite Assessment
We measure, evaluate subgrade and drainage, and provide a written estimate.
- Step 2
Excavation & Base
Old asphalt is removed, subgrade is compacted, and a stone base is installed.
- Step 3
Paving
Binder and top course are laid with a mechanical paver and rolled to spec.
- Step 4
Striping & Handover
After cure time, we stripe the lot and walk the project with you.

How long does commercial asphalt paving take?
Most parking lots are paved in 1–3 days depending on size, weather, and whether we're doing an overlay or full-depth reconstruction.
How long before I can drive on new asphalt?
New asphalt can typically be driven on within 24–48 hours. Full cure takes 30–90 days; we recommend waiting 6–12 months before sealcoating.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. For work that touches public right-of-way (sidewalks, curb cuts, DOT sidewalk), we pull the required permits.
